The residential units are a complete design of all basic architectural aspects, as well as interior design services. The garage was designed as a complete and functioning garage. There is no phasing assumed for the project; the entire property was designed and developed in one phase.

The Eisen Group continually seeks highly qualified architects and architect interns. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture is required. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite is required. Proficiency in 3DS Max, Rhino, and other software is desired.
