Fairhill shopping center

Olney, MD

Working with the Carl M. Freeman companies, The Eisen Group principals worked to renovate the existing Olney Shopping Center to create a more modern shopping experience for visitors and to attract new tenants.

Inspired by the Arts & Crafts style, the transformation included a new building skin, pitched roofline structure details, complementary streetscape materials and the addition of inviting street furniture selections.

The Eisen Group had the pleasure of creating the new look and feel for the center’s brand identity, “FairHill.” At the developer’s request, the logo was inspired by the center’s new style and color scheme.
