One of the largest and most ambitious new developments in the United States is National Harbor, a major waterfront community along the banks of the Potomac River near Washington, DC.

At the request of the Peterson Companies, TEG assisted in creating the master plan for this exciting mixed-use development. During the master planning process, TEG completed merchandising and phasing strategies, and conducted a site and market analysis. TEG also wrote and produced guidelines for buildings, streets, storefronts, landscape and lighting designs. The firm also hosted design workshops, and created a comprehensive booklet of design specifications for the total development.
