Park Potomac is a new mixed-use office, residential, hotel, and retail environment, strategically located at Montrose Road and I-270 in Potomac, Maryland. TEG was instrumental in setting strategies for designing and merchandising the retail component of this high-profile project.

The TEG retail brokerage team helped lease 125,000 square feet of retail space to create a dynamic shopping environment. As befits this prime property, TEG targeted a luxury collection of retailers including an upscale grocery, day spas, and home furnishings along with a diverse group of boutique retailers.

Creating the right atmosphere in this desirable, upscale neighborhood was the vision behind Park Potomac; TEG was hired to make it happen.

The Eisen Group continually seeks highly qualified architects and architect interns. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture is required. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite is required. Proficiency in 3DS Max, Rhino, and other software is desired.
